WE COME TO YOU

Mindfulness in Movement provides mobile Exercise Physiology services across the Sunshine Coast. Sessions can take place in your home, or anywhere in your community.


We work alongside you as you develop independence and make real, sustainable change. Our practical and meaningful movement and health strategies are unique to your specific needs and interests.

We understand that everyone’s goals and conditions are different, and that healing is not linear. We’re here on your good days and not-so-good days, and work in conjunction with your other therapies and supports.

THE STORY OF JO

Once a strong foundation was built, Jo was able to progress to standing weights exercises and boxing for variety and stress release, finishing the session with a few floor-based exercises and relaxation to help her feel grounded. Jo also gained the ability to control some of her panic attacks.
