She is highly skilled with extensive knowledge about exercise rehabilitation, with her changing programs targeted to increase my muscle strength, stabilize my core, and improve flexibility and mobilization. After 2 frozen shoulders, I was able to have my first swim in two years!

One of the best things that has happened to me in the last decade of my life is that I came across mindfulness in movement. At first I did not know what an exercise physiologist was, and now I realise that I have benefited more with them than any other professional I have ever been to. My exercise physiologist not only understands my mental health but I can clearly see my goals and dreams coming to reality. I feel so blessed and so lucky that I can share this with others. I was only born with one hand and I have been diagnosed with two mental health disorders. Mindfulness in movement Is an asset to my everyday living in my long-term situation. Susanne, Erica and Lach have their own ways to help with exercise. I got a lot out of every session even with Susanne and Erica’s intense session lol. Lach goes at your pace and is very encouraging. I gave up free food to have a session with Lach the other day so that’s saying something. Looking forward to our next session Lach.

She really listens to what you are saying, what you want to work on and sets out exercises exactly according to my wants and needs as well as my capabilities, slowly increasing when you are ready. Before starting with Erica I was experiencing 3-5 panic attacks a day, now after learning how to control my anxiety and breathing through mindful movement activities and breath work I am down to 1-2 panic attacks a week.
